Presenting wild
I’ve been involved in a number of engaging and exciting nature focussed presenting projects around the world. Here are a few examples…
Tracking with bbc landward
In a three-part series produced for Landward, the team filmed and presented on a series of bushcraft skills including tracking, firelighting and foraging around the Scottish Highlands.
This brought with it all the usual challenges of filming in wet, windy and wild conditions - we loved it!
the findhorn flock
This was a self produced film looking at a topic literally close to home. This story was later picked up by BBC Wildlife Magazine who commissioned me to write an article on the subject.
the truth about pet markets
While we were working with The Little Fireface project we also worked on a short film looking at the trade of, often endangered, wildlife from around Java. It was a hard production to do and often involved clandestine filming in prohibited locations.
Definitely one of the mentally hardest and heartbreaking films we’ve done.
How to spot wildlife
This short VT was for ITV Love Your Weekend and gave a little background about me, my interests and hopefully offered viewers the chance to see a little more wildlife around their homes.
